Andrzej E. Klos, MD, FAAP, Represents New Jersey with Inclusion into Renowned Publication The Leading Physicians of the World

As a result of impeccable passion and quality patient care, Andrzej E. Klos, MD, FAAP, has been selected to receive publication in The Leading Physicians of the World. Dr. Klos has been serving the children of Hoboken Pediatrics in Hoboken, New Jersey since 1994. Dr. Klos has had a large impact on the practice, having not only maintained a high level of patient care; but developing innovative Pediatric management services in the office to efficiently serve his patients and their families. Dr. Klos also maintains a position at St. Mary Hospital with his colleague, Dr. Piotr Oko, MD, FAAP; where they have pioneered the “Pediatric Hospitalist” program to ensure 24-hour, immediate attention from trained Pediatricians. Dr. Klos has also developed a Pediatric Education Program for the Hudson County Pediatricians; to help continue and upgrade their knowledge and skills.  With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Klos has changed the world of pediatrics and continues to inspire future doctors at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.

Dr. Klos received his medical degree in 1977 from Pomeranian Academy of Medicine in his native country, Poland.  In Poland, he served as the head Depute of Internal Medicine and Vice-Director of Cardiology Services.  Dr. Klos then relocated to the US, where he decided he would like to specialize in medical services for children. He then completed his internship and residency at the Jersey City Medical Center, where he became a member of the same Residency Program; teaching the young residents.
