Ann M. Sathasivam Joins The Class Of Stanford Who’s Who

MELBOURNE, VIC, AUSTRALIA, February 27, 2013 /Stanford Who’s Who/ -- A seasoned learning and development consultant with over three decades of diverse professional experience, Ann M. Sathasivam has consistently demonstrated the passion, vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be successful in the business world.

Due to her sensational body of work as well as the considerable amount of success she has experienced throughout her entire occupational history, Ann M. Sathasivam has earned acceptance in the celebrated network of distinguished professionals with Stanford Who’s Who.

Employing her extensive experience and expertise in the field, Ann currently serves as an Instructional Designer of E-Learning for Holmesglen TAFE, where she works in the Learning and Innovation Department. She is responsible for the creation and design of innovative learning resources on E-Learning projects for accredited training at the school. Ann also serves as a Contractor for Drake International, where she is involved in the design of accredited training and programs for the company’s executive development program.

Prior to her current endeavors, Ann spent over two years as a Learning and Development Consultant for the Victorian Employers' Chamber of Commerce and Industry. While in that role, she was responsible for redesigning, writing and facilitating the Diploma of Management course materials so that they included adult learning principles. She was also involved in on-site and off-site training and assessments of students.

Also a published author, Ann wrote the book, Mobile Handheld devices as information management tools in Higher Education, along with Geoffrey Chow and Peter Ling. The book, which was published in May of 2010, was based on data and information gathered and analyzed from a Swinburne University of Technology WiFi technology research project. She has also worked on a book of case studies on the process of new managers and their challenges in their role, which is tentatively entitled, Management Insights Learning from Practical Cases. Evidencing her remarkable reputation in her field, Ann is a member of the Australian Institute of Training and Development.

Despite gathering a substantial amount of her expertise through her voluminous professional experience, Ann is also an extensively educated individual who earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Drama from Adelaide University and a Master of Education degree in Adult Education from the University of Technology, Sydney. Additionally, she earned a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from the Victorian Employers' Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a Diploma in Training and Assessment from the Continuing Education Centre Wodonga.
