Carrie Malmberg, RN, BS, CCM, Represents Washington with Entry into Renowned Publication Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare
Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare and the International Nurses Association are proud to announce that Carrie Malmberg, RN, BS, CCM, is being honored for her exceptional successes in the nursing community. With many years in the industry, Carrie has demonstrated the passion, dedication, and enthusiasm for patient care necessary to be considered a Top Nurse in her field.
Carrie works as Nurse Care Coordinator at The Everett Clinic (TEC) in Everett, Washington. TEC was founded in 1924 and is a locally-owned physician group practice consisting of 400 physicians and more than 2,000 staff members. Over the course of her career, Carrie accrued a wide range of experience, ranging from oncology nursing to home health nursing and management. She has initiated many programs with her employers, including the development of a hospice program. Furthermore she has been actively involved in case management and management of nursing staff for many years. In addition to her work at the Everett Clinic, Carrie is affiliated with the Providence Hospital.
Carrie obtained her Associate’s Degree of Arts and Sciences in Registered Nursing from the Everett Community College in 1985. In 2012, she also finalized her Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Healthcare Management at Bellevue University. She additionally holds several certificates in her field, including Advanced Practice Nurse (APN), Certified Ambulatory Perianethesia Nurse (CAPA), Certified Case Manager (CCM, and Public Health Nurse (PHN). Carrie is also a member of the Case Management Society of America and National Association for Healthcare Quality. In 1995, she co-authored Bone Marrow Transplantation: Administrative Strategies and Clinical Strategies.
