They handle a wide variety of cases in the areas of wrongful death cases, nursing home abuse and neglect, business litigation, railroad and aviation law.
Over the course of his incredibly impressive career, Clark has accumulated a wealth of knowledge in several areas of law. He currently practices in all of the state and federal courts of Arkansas as well as the United States Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Claims. He has been recognized by Martindale Hubble with the AV Rating, which is the highest achievement rating possible.
Further demonstrating his professional proficiency, Mr. Mason has served in the role of President of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, American Association of Justice, and the Lawyer Pilot’s Bar Association. Additionally, Clark serves as a lecturer for Arkansas’ Continuing Education Seminars and he was recently appointed as a Special Associate Justice on the Arkansas Supreme Court.
Although he has gathered a considerable amount of his expertise through his personal research and vast professional experience, Clark is also an extensively educated individual who earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Mississippi and a Juris Doctorate degree in Law from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
Always looking to give back to his community and the society at large, Mr. Mason is actively involved in the support of numerous charitable organizations, including Our House, the Old State House Museum, and the Arkansas Arts Center. He is also a Board Member with the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Arkansas as well as being a CARTI Partner.
