As Owner and Personal Trainer at Sweat LLC, Damien has permanently demonstrated the determination, dedication, and talent required to be acknowledged as one of the best.
Sweat LLC is a fitness and wellness studio located in Paramus, New Jersey, specializing in personal training, small group training, semi-private training, weight loss, boot camp classes, post rehabilitation and athletic performance enhancement training. What defines Sweat LLC is actually the program called SWEAT, which means Strategic Weight Energy Activity Training.
Before owning Sweat LLC, Damien discovered his passion for fitness eleven years ago, in 2000, when he felt that something was missing in his life. Ever since then, Damien has been committed to helping others improve their life and overall health. He is an advocate of health and fitness as well as a trainer, mentor, and coach. Damien enjoys inspiring movies and reading but most of all loves to spend time with his son.
In addition to attending the Ramapo College, Damien holds a Master Trainer Certification in four training aspects. He was also the mind behind the ERASE, End Racism and Sexism Everywhere program which is now used in high schools all over New Jersey. Throughout his professional life, Damien has not only built a successful business but also created a reputation of integrity, dedication and commitment to high moral values.
