She is also responsible for designing the Client Services Business Operating Model as well as defining and implementing the Client Services Strategy and managing the service areas operations.
During her collegiate career, Dawn earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Humanities from the University of Johannesburg, graduating with Honors. She also earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Dawn is a member of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals and Business Process Enabling South Africa. In addition, she was the recipient of an Award of Excellence from Standard Bank.
