Prior to joining MIII Leadership in 2010, Edward dedicated over 16 years to Pepsico Food Service International as Chief Personnel Officer. He continued his career as CEO and Founder of Woodstone Consulting, an enterprise he developed and grew over 12 successful years prior to launching M III Leadership and relocating to Lake Havasu. In his free time, Edward enjoys boating and bicycling.

M III Leadership was established in 2010 by Edward Meagher and Allison Meagher Paoli. The company focuses on changing the behavior of executive teams for the purpose of achieving the maximum potential within an organization. Through a unique program and outstanding services, M III Leadership has earned a reputation for excellence in their line of business. Edward Meagher is the creator and thought leader of M III Leadership Compass.

Edward Meagher obtained a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Business Administration and Management from Saint Peters College.
