Evelyn Stypula Joins the Exclusive League of Stanford Who’s Who

As Member of the Board of Directors for United Cerebral Palsy as well as throughout her entire career, Evelyn has routinely demonstrated the dedication, vocation, and skills required to be considered among the best.

United Cerebral Palsy is an organization dedicated to supporting people with disabilities in general and with cerebral palsy in particular to become independent and productive members of the community. Headquartered in Washington, DC, the national office of the United Cerebral Palsy provides assistance through marketing and communications, technology initiatives, fundraising, information and referral services, legislative advocacy, research, and programmatic support. Considered one of the most financially responsible charities, United Cerebral Palsy continues to support people with disabilities through local programs and services.

Evelyn Stypula currently serves on the Board of Directors for United Cerebral Palsy. In addition, she acts as Consultant for Penna Gov’s Conference for Women, Legislative Chairperson for Governor’s Advisory Committee, Board Member for TRCIL Services and Vice Chairperson for Governor’s Advisory Committee for People with Disabilities. Her expertise and background in the field of advocacy also includes her roles as President of Big Heart Bridges and Legislative Chairperson for the Office for People with Disabilities.

Evelyn Stypula earned a Master’s Degree of Education in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Pittsburgh followed by a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Elementary Education and Special Educations from the Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. She is recognized for co-founding the Committee on Accessible Transportation in 1989.
