The company has established itself as a global industry leader with over 10.3 million users, deployments in 186 countries and in 38 languages, serving such high profile clients as Starwood Hotels & Resorts, The Neiman Marcus Group, Save the Children, Turner Broadcasting System, Virgin Media, Li & Fung, Tata Motors and Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

In his new position, Mr. Ricciardi will continue Cornerstone OnDemand’s global expansion efforts and is responsible for the company’s business in the Asia-Pacific region. He is in charge of all core aspects of the business, including sales, service, and business operations. Prior to his current role, Frank spent over seven years as Vice President of Global Account Services with the company and was focused on retaining and growing Cornerstone OnDemand’s portfolio of clients.  He is responsible for the company’s innovative approach to client relationship management including its differentiating Client Success Framework.

Over the course of his incredibly impressive career, Mr. Ricciardi has been the recipient of numerous awards including being recognized for top achievement by employers such as Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and DigitalThink (now Convergys Corporation).

In addition to the extensive expertise he has obtained through his professional experience, Frank also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Evidencing his remarkable reputation in the business community, Mr. Ricciardi is a member of the Strategic Account Management Association.
