Over the course of his incredibly impressive 70 years in the business, he has become an expert in all aspects of metallurgy. Mr. Skinner is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a Life Member of ASM International and the American Welding Society. Frederick is also a member of the American Society for Testing and Materials.
