John Edward Sonnemann Joins The Stanford Who’s Who Family
KINGSTON BEACH, TAS, AUSTRALIA, March 27, 2013 /Stanford Who’s Who/ -- An extraordinary executive in the political and religious arena with over two decades of diverse professional experience in the field, John Edward Sonnemann has enjoyed an enormously successful career filled with several significant accomplishments, leading to his recognition in the distinguished network of prominent professionals with Stanford Who’s Who.
Throughout his phenomenal professional career, John Edward Sonnemann has routinely demonstrated the passion, vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the elite as well as to experience a tremendous amount of success in all of his professional endeavors.
Drawing upon his wealth of knowledge in the political arena and his passion for ensuring the safety of children and families, Mr. Sonnemann serves as Director of the Australian Federation for the Family, which is an organization that is involved in lobbying for child protection issues and rights. The organization is committed to the upholding of Biblical family values and the promotion of a Biblical Christian Worldview as well as the education and mobilization of concerned individuals in order to have a positive effect on their homes, communities, country and world.
In his role as Director of the Australian Federation for the Family, John is responsible for managing all major aspects of the organization and working together with politicians and companies to ensure that advertising does not contain violence or sexual innuendos during hours that children are awake and that objectionable content is not advertised explicitly in public areas. He also works closely with the government to strengthen rape laws and penalties. In addition, John is responsible for the organization and editing of the AFF Journal.
Further demonstrating his dedication to helping those in need, Mr. Sonnemann is actively involved in the support of organizations such as the Salvation Army, Catholic Charities, and the Red Cross. He is also an International Board Member for Christian Film and Television. In addition, John was the recipient of an Outstanding Achievement Award from the Parliament of Australia for his work against the sexual exploitation of women and children and he was named as an Ambassador for Peace by the United Nations.
