Jack Whitehead is the founder of Whitehead Law Firm with over 25 years of extensive trial advocacy and legal experience. He is admitted and practices in all Louisiana District and Appellate Courts, Louisiana Supreme Court, United States Federal District Court for Louisiana, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
During his collegiate career, Jack earned a Bachelor of Science Degree, in Accounting, from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and a Juris Doctor degree from Louisiana State University. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association (LSBA), Louisiana Society of CPA's, AICPA, and the American Bar Association. Mr. Whitehead volunteers his time to the legal profession as a Member of the House of Delegates, and Board of Governors. He most recently served as LSBA Treasurer and continues to serve the profession on various committees. His philanthropic work includes the Louisiana Bar Foundation and the American Red Cross. Over the years, he has served an integral role with struggling local charities and helped develop successful growth models.
