Jacqueline serves as Director of Quality Assurance with the York Insurance Services Group, which is a nationwide provider of customized claims management, managed care, risk management, pool administration and other insurance services to specialized markets, including public entities, programs, carriers, and all types of self-insured. A 35 year veteran of the industry, Jacqueline is responsible for oversight of claims, as well as handling audits, training, workers comp in California, and the design and development of specific projects and employment practices. During her collegiate career, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of California. Jacqueline was the recipient of an award for being a contributing seminar panelist for the California Workers’ Compensation Institute.
