Jacqueline is the Owner of Clever Heads Personnel, which is a recruitment and executive search firm that specializes in the healthcare industry. In addition to recruitment, the company provides management training and financial services. Jacqueline, who started the company in 2004, is responsible for managing all major aspects of the business as well as overseeing the daily operations.
During her collegiate career, Jacqueline earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Psychology from Stellenbosch University, graduating with Honors. She also served as a lecturer, examiner and moderator for 16 years in various subjects such as Management, Public Relations, Entrepreneurship, Social Psychology, Consumer Behavior and Communication. Jacqueline is a member of the Health Professions Council of South Africa.
