Applying his knowledge of inventory management and control solutions, Jacques serves as founder of Corporate Renaissance Group Supply Chain Solutions (CRG SCS), CRGMHE and CRG Asset Finance.

CRG SCS works in conjunction with the CRG Group and 4F Consulting, specializing in business re-engineering, business process improvement, logistics and operational process improvement, business turnaround, inventory management and turnkey project management services. Utilizing their strategic partnerships, the localized South African developed and global partner network, links critical business enablers with the functional areas of an organization's operational (manufacturing) and supply chain processes.

Jacques founded CRG SCS in 2003 and has since evolved it into 5 distinct business services areas:

CRGSA founded by Rynier Keet, a separate business entity, focuses mainly on the strategic, financial and business modeling and consulting services. This business unit also oversees the Supply Chain modeling and initial business analysis as input for the functional business solution designed to be done by CRGSCS. CRGSCS focuses mainly on the design and execution of given strategies with specific focus on operational and logistics processes and practices.  This includes Turnkey Project execution services.

CRG MHE has been founded with specific focus and Material Handling Engineering, Material Flow engineering and Packaging optimization services, as well as the products related to the Loadhog, Racklock product ranges. This includes localized manufactured packaging material, RFID and mobile scanning equipment

In addition, CRG Asset Finance is a joint venture with Rentworks offering our clients fix rate capital finance solutions.

Although Jacques gained the vast majority of his expertise from his experience in the field he also completed a Diploma in Project Management and a National Higher Diploma in Industrial Engineering from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University.  He also completed and obtained his MDP, EDP and City and Quilts of London Quality Certification.  Jacques is a member of the Leadership Body of the Supply Chain Counsel of South Africa.

In recent years one of the most memorable, yet toughest projects was the facilitation and setup of a Cross-dock operation for Coca Cola on behalf of UTi South Africa. Also being appointed by UTi South Africa to assist with the establishment and roll out of their Contract logistics services from 2005 to 2008.

Lately some of the most memorable success stories are the design and Project management of the Kalahari.com Distribution facility in South Africa, being appointed as Kalahari.com’s preferred supply chain service provider. In addition working with key 3PL service providers (established brands) in assisting with their client specific value added solutions, has really been an amazing learning and rewarding experience.
