Utilizing over 22 years of experience in the financial services arena, Jan serves as Senior Financial Strategist and Managing Director of Blueprint Financial Specialists Pty. In 1989, Jan began her career in the financial services industry as an insurance multi-agent with IFMA in Melbourne. She then became licensed as a financial adviser through Norwich Analysed Investments in 1990 when she established her own practice. For the next 16 years, Jan ran her practice while also working for other financial services groups, including DollarPlan Financial Group, Over 50s Friendly Society, Deutsche Bank, MASU Group, and Ipac.

Although she gained the vast majority of her expertise through her professional experience in the field, Jan also earned a Diploma of Financial Planning from Deakin University. In addition, she is an accredited self-managed superfund advisor as well as a certified financial planner with the Financial Planning Association. Jan is a member of the Financial Planning Association and the Self-Managed Superannuation Fund Professionals Association. Evidencing her superior performance in the industry, she was the recipient of an Adviser of the Year Award from Morrison Carr in 2010 and 2011.
