As Sales Director with X-Rite Asia Pacific Pty Ltd, as well as throughout his entire career, Kevin has consistently exhibited exceptional expertise in B2B, international sales, solution selling, product marketing, product management, and international business.

Founded in 1958 in the United States, X-Rite is a global leader in color science and technology, specializing in the development, manufacturing, marketing, and support of color solutions through measurement systems, software, standards and services. The company acquired Pantone in 2006 and the Danaher group in 2012. They are now a subsidiary of the Fortune 200 group and serve a variety of industries, including printing, photography, video, automotive, packaging, and graphic design. X-Rite continues to develop in the new vertical market for point of sales- custom color matching for the consumer in Singapore.

At the helm of his career Kevin built a foundation for his professional journey in which he acquired knowledge about people management from the junior staff that conducts logistics operations to higher management executives. Later, Kevin was head hunted by a recruiting firm due to his in-depth experience of a full 6 years in industrial knowledge.

Kevin Chua embraced his role as Sales Director with X-Rite in 2011 based on his uniquely diversified experience in the color industry, which he accrued in his position as Sales Manager with Colourland Paints Sdn Bhd. In his directorship role, Kevin develops strategies, tactics, profit targets, and sales plans while building and nurturing strong relationships with clients. He identifies and reports on business opportunities in target markets and maximizes new business development opportunities. In addition to overseeing a sales team, Kevin also represents the company at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events.

Despite acquiring a vast part of his extensive expertise through professional experience, Kevin Chua also obtained a Bachelor’s Degree with Honors in Marketing Management from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle. Kevin’s greatest achievement has been honing his time management skills when he worked full-time as a junior sales representative at a local tobacco company and went through nine hours of studies every week for 2 full years to graduate with a second Graduate Honors degree.
