She is specialized in lease checks, preparations of title reports with chain of title, negotiation of oil and gas leases, creating lease purchase reports, seismic options and permitting, negotiation and settlement of damage claims, and due diligence. Larue has extensive experience as a Project Manager, In-House Landman, Land Manager, and Broker.
She holds a Degree in Business from the Federal Business Institute and is also affiliated with AAPL, America’s Natural Gas Alliance, Title Research Group, and East Texas Association of Petroleum Landmen. In addition, Larue is the Director of Texas Wounded Warriors and holds a Texas Right of Way Agent License.
