Lee Duke Is Published In The Ranks Of Stanford Who’s Who
ROBINA, QLD, AUSTRALIA, December 11, 2012 /Stanford Who’s Who/ -- An up and coming author and accomplished professional with over three decades of diverse experience in the healthcare, military, and entertainment fields, Lee Duke has consistently demonstrated the passion, vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be successful in everything he does. As a result of his very diverse body of work, Lee has earned inclusion in the exclusive network of premier professionals with Stanford Who’s Who.
After establishing himself as a radiographer with several years of experience in the field, Lee decided to begin the pursuit of his longtime dream of becoming a published author in 2009. With numerous ideas in the planning stages, Lee determined that it was time to get working on his passion as a writer and put his dreams into action. This led him to begin work on and complete the first novel in a planned series of three.
The Unsired: Vampire Hunter is an incredibly original and refreshing take on the age old vampire tale that will change people’s perception of the vampire legend. Described as a mixture between Blade and James Bond if directed by Quentin Tarantino, The Unsired destroys the myths of the past, bringing the reality of the modern day workings of vampire clans through a story that begins in 1362 and spans seven centuries of death and destruction on three continents in a battle between vampires and humans. The book is set to be published in April 2013 and Lee is currently working on the second book in the series.
Besides his work on The Unsired, Lee continues to work on the Gold Coast of Australia as a radiographer, having completed his training at the Joint Services School of Radiography in Woolwich, London back in 1984. During his 17 years of service in the British Army Lee also worked as a radio presenter and ran many Quiz and Trivia nights. He also has experience as a personal trainer and massage therapist which brought him to work with the Lawn Tennis Association, The Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, and on the Gladiators and International Gladiators television shows.
