Drawing on her extensive academic foundation, Lisa built a successful professional history and became experienced in all areas of business with well established national and international companies including major multinationals, such as E. I. Du Pont de Nemours and Coca Cola Amatil. Her work can be categorized into four main areas of business performance improvement;
-Procurement, strategic sourcing, rapid sourcing and value/supply chain optimisation (includes process optimisation, protocols, disciplines, kpi’s benchmarking with best practice and associated rigor)
-Performance Improvement - organizational optimisation given constraints, constraint based modeling, cost reduction.
-Optimisation of capital programmes (use, spend, evaluation, assessment including establishing PMO's and determination of organizational rules and hurdles)
-Commercial due diligence, organizational/divisional spin off, M&A, Alliances and JV's and Post Merger Integration
Despite acquiring a vast part of her impressive expertise through professional experience, Lisa Mitchell also earned a Bachelor’s Degree of Science from the University of Sydney, an MBA in Strategy, Management, and Strategic Marketing from the University of Technology, Sydney, and a Master’s Degree of Applied Statistics from Macquarie University. Furthermore, she is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors completing her qualifications as an International Company Director in Singapore.
