Mark Neild Joins The Prestigious Class Of Stanford Who’s Who

DUNEDIN, NEW ZEALAND,   June 25, 2013 /Stanford Who’s Who /-- An extraordinary entrepreneur and executive in the Information and Communications Technology industry with well over two decades of diverse professional experience, Mark Neild has enjoyed a successful career filled with several significant accomplishments, leading to his recognition in the distinguished network of leading professionals with Stanford Who’s Who.

Throughout his brilliant professional career, Mark Neild has routinely exhibited the passion, vision, dedication and diligence necessary to earn mention among the elite as well as to experience a tremendous amount of success in the areas of change management, negotiation, product development, team building, cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and restructuring.

Drawing upon his wealth of knowledge in the field, Mark established Coherence Solutions in 2012 as a vehicle for guiding organisations whose strategy lacks coherence with leadership, which in turn lacks coherence with the structure, resources and incentives of the organisation. Moreover, Mark seeks to construct high performing teams within these organisations, that are aligned with and focus on each team’s respective strengths.

In addition, Mark is currently working in contract with the University of Otago School of Business as a Business Performance Coach. In his role with the university, he serves as a visiting lecturer who speaks about strategy and business performance. Mr. Neild also serves as a coach for small technology companies and with the Centre for Entrepreneurship, where he makes the centre’s research more accessible to entrepreneurs, and helps develop commercial skills among students in technical disciplines.

Over the course of his incredibly impressive career, Mark has accumulated extensive experience in the telecommunications field, spending almost three years with Nokia Siemens, where he served as Head of Business Transformation in the European region. He also spent almost 10 years as Managing Consultant of the PA Consulting Group. In addition, he served in the Royal Navy for over 15 years, during which time he filled the roles of Lieutenant Commander and Aircrew Officer.

Despite gathering a considerable amount of his expertise through his voluminous professional experience, Mark is also a highly educated individual who earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology, where he graduated with Honors. Additionally, he earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the Cass Business School.

Recently, Mark set up a training school at his local sailing club. He is qualified with the Royal Yachting Association, Yachting New Zealand, a Dinghy and Yacht Coach as well as a Yachtmaster.
