Martin Wilmshurst is a seasoned hospitality expert with more than four decades of extensive experience in all layers of the industry. He currently serves as Senior Manager of Hospitality Services with AngloGold Ashanti (AGA) in Obuasi, Ghana, where he has been tasked with advising on upgrading hotel services for AGA employees at the Gold Mine and on accommodation facilities and procedures for AngloGold Ashanti.
Martin assumed his current position in 2012 drawing on his remarkable skills, knowledge, and understanding of the hospitality industry. His previous work background includes a full suite of roles with the Bechtel Corporation, ADEN, the Gorgon LNG Project, and Newmont Mining Corporation. Upon embracing his work in the hospitality industry, he obtained a Diploma in Hospitality Management. In addition to his experience in the hospitality field, Martin also served with the Australian Navy for more than a decade.
