Mary Margaret Hale, RN-C, MSN, SRN, SCM, Represents Pennsylvania with Entry into Renowned Publication Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare
Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare and the International Nurses Association are proud to announce that Mary Margaret Hale, RN-C, MSN, SRN, SCM, is being honored for her exceptional successes in the nursing community. With many years in the industry, Mary has demonstrated the passion, dedication, and enthusiasm for patient care necessary to be considered a Top Nurse in her field.
Mary is now retired as of 2006, but her career has spanned over 40 years working as a pediatric and maternal child care nurse. During her career, she worked for the Einstein Healthcare Network; based in the Philadelphia area. For her services to the company, she was awarded with a Nursing Research Award in 1994. In addition to her career in the United States, she saw a need in East Africa for shared knowledge, shared culture and benevolence.
In 1972, Mary received her nursing degree from Philadelphia General Hospital. She then received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from LaSalle University; in 1987 and 1996, respectively. Mary has written 2 books about her experiences abroad, On Uganda’s Terms (2007, 2009), and Beyond Nurses Notes - A Journey to Choose Life (2008); available through Amazon.com. On Uganda’s Terms deals with Mary’s time in East Africa, where she served under the Ministry of Health in Uganda, East Africa for 10 years. While there, she set up the first post-graduate pediatric nursing program in this area.
