Michelle also served as a Senior Manager of Human Resources for the Dell Global Business Center in Malaysia.

Although she gathered a considerable amount of her expertise through her vast professional experience, Michelle is also a highly educated individual who earned a Master of Business Administration degree as a result of her studies at the University of Portsmouth and Southern Pacific University.
