Mindy L. Stapperfenne, RN, BSN, CEN, Represents New Jersey with Entry into Renowned Publication Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare
Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare and the International Nurses Association are proud to announce that Mindy L. Stapperfenne, RN, BSN, CEN, is being honored for her exceptional successes in the nursing community. With 10 years in practice, Mindy has demonstrated the passion, dedication, and enthusiasm for patient care necessary to be considered a Top Nurse in her field.
Mindy is based at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey where she works as the Nurse Manager in charge of the Adult Emergency Department. In her leadership role, she oversees the provision of quality health care services to patients suffering from wide ranging afflictions including exacerbation of chronic illness, broken bones and other traumatic conditions. Mindy is also responsible for hiring and retention of staff, personnel development, electronic medical record system implementation and maintenance as well as acting as the chair for PCI and stroke. She has previously served as a staff nurse in a busy telemetry unit at Princeton Medical Center where she quickly advanced to the role of Nurse Manager. In recognition of her exemplary performance, Mindy was awarded a Certificate of Excellence in Critical Care.
Mindy acquired her Associate’s degree in Nursing (ASN) degree from Mercer County Community College in 2003 and later went on to earn her Master’s degree from Thomas Edison State College in 2007. She is certified as a Sexual and Reproductive Health Endorsed (SHN) RN, Advanced Practice Nurse (APN), Public Health Nurse (PHN), Certified Clinical Transplant Nurse (CCTN) and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC). She remains a member of the Sigma Theta Tau and the Emergency Nurses Association.
