Building capability, by being an expertise sounding board for advice to GM and operations, coaching and talent management are pivotal for business success, as well as people succession planning. Over the course of her 18 years with the company, Nicole has served in several capacities viz., Safety Coordinator, Process Specialist, Production Superintendent and Operations Manager.
During her collegiate career, she earned a Higher National Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering from Witwatersrand Technikon. Nicole is a member of Health, Environment & Safety Networking and the Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, & Lean Group.
