As Budget Analyst with the United States Air Force as well as throughout her entire career, Penny has consistently demonstrated the dedication, vision, and skills required to be considered among the best.

Penny Mosher joined the United States Air Force in 2003 as Management Assistance swiftly transitioning to her current position as Budget Analyst. She has a diverse professional experience that includes various finance roles with organizations such as the US Army Corp of Engineers, Langley AFB and Elmendorf AFB. In addition, Penny has acted as President for the Department of Alaska Ladies Auxiliary to the Veterans of Foreign Wars and Elder for the United Protestant Church.

Over the course of her career, Penny has received numerous awards and recognitions for her performance including the Time Off Award, 3^rd Medical Group Civilian of the Year, Performance Award, Notable Achievement Award, 3^rd Medical operations Squadron Civilian of the Year, and more.

During her collegiate career Ms. Mosher earned an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences as well as Business Administration studies at the University of Alaska. She currently attends Wayland Baptist University.
