WATERFORD, QUEENSLAND, AUSTRALIA, June 20, 2013 /Stanford Who’s Who/ -- Stanford Who’s Who proudly announces the addition of Raymond Hee to the ranks of professional individuals as a result of his work in the field of aged care and disability management. As Director at Elite Healthcare Consultancy, as well as throughout his entire career, Raymond has consistently demonstrated the dedication, vision, and skills required to be considered among the best.

Elite Healthcare Consultancy specializes in assisting healthcare providers with planning and the provision of high quality care to older persons in various settings, including community service, acute and aged care services. Elite Healthcare Consultancy also provides quality assistance in designing dementia and aged care facilities, as well as developing policies, continuous improvement and quality assurance systems. Raymond Hee is a creative Manager and Consultant with Elite Healthcare Consultancy, a company established in partnership with Lisa Hee (who is a Registered Nurse with a Master’s Degree in Aged Care Management and Master’s Degree in Professional Education). Armed with an engineering education, Fire Safety and Occupational Health and Safety, Raymond has added a Diploma of Management and a variety of qualifications in the aged and disability care areas to have performed extensively as part of the clinical team in the areas of aged care and community care.

Over the course of his professional journey, he embraced the challenges and responsibilities of managing a variety of aged care facilities. In one facility Raymond gained a special mention from the Aged Care Accreditation Agency for his development of a proactive and user friendly approach to Occupations Health and Safety services. Raymond has also been involved in developing computerized maintenance programs for a variety of aged care organizations in Australia. Additionally, his management experience includes working with a government training organization.

Personally Raymond fostered a severely disabled boy for five years, taking him into his home when the client was 16 years old. This in itself was a major feat as at the time the client was only expected to live for 12 months and due to Raymond’s commitment and care continued on well after his 21st birthday. He also volunteered on the Genetic Network Board of a prestigious Children’s hospital in Australia.
