Over 50s insurance provider RIAS is celebrating once again after being named as a finalist in customer service categories in two prestigious industry awards - the UK Broker Awards and the CCF European Call Centre Awards.
For the third time in just two months RIAS has been recognised for its customer service excellence and innovation. These latest two accolades come hot on the heels of RIAS being announced as a finalist in the 'Customer Care Award' category at the 2009 British Insurance Awards in June.
As a finalist in the 'Customer Service Provider' category of the 2009 UK Broker Awards, RIAS has been particularly recognised for its customer-centric culture and service innovation, including the launch of 'Voice of the Customer', an online system allowing all colleagues to feedback customer comments and insight to directly enhance the RIAS customer experience.
The 2009 CCF European Call Centre Awards have acknowledged RIAS in the 'Best Centre for Customer Service' category, highlighting that the Customer Service teams at RIAS are amongst the best in Europe.
