His professional journey includes a track record of impressive accomplishments, such as the award-winning London Water Ring Main Stage 5 Project completed within budget, on time, and to a high standard of workmanship.

Richard Hinchliffe enjoys a good reputation in his line of work for his enduring commitment to excellence and his results-driven approach to all projects. When asked about his success, Richard says, “I was inspired by the legacies of great engineers and the impressive bridges and railways built around the world.”

In addition to acquiring a vast part of his expertise through professional experience, Richard Hinchliffe also built a solid academic foundation that includes a Master’s Degree in Rock Mechanics and Excavation Engineering from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Leeds. As an affirmation of his complete and unconditional dedication to his profession, Richard is a distinguished member of the Institute of Civil Engineers and the Hong Kong Institute of Engineers.
