Richard Lancaster has gathered the vast majority of his expertise through his voluminous professional experience, which includes over a decade as a Tea Plantation Manager in both Sri Lanka and India. An extensively educated individual, Richard earned a Diploma in Industrial Relations during his collegiate career. Further demonstrating his professional proficiency, Mr. Lancaster is a Chartered member of the Human Resources Institute of Australia, as well as a recipient of an Australia Day Cultural Award, for his work in the Arts.
