Prior to starting his current assignment with the International Electrotechnical Commission in January 2013, Ronald spent over eight years as a Conformity Assessment Board Member with the IEC. He also has prior experience with Rockwell Automation, serving as a Project Manager for the company from 1994-1998 before beginning his current work for them in January of 1999.
On top of the considerable amount of expertise he has gathered through his voluminous professional experience over the past forty plus years, Ronald is an extensively educated individual who studied theoretical physics at the University of London during his collegiate career. Evidencing his remarkable reputation in his field, Mr. Collis is a member of the Industry Cooperation on Standards & Conformity Assessment.
