Russell Eustace is Engineering Outstanding Projects at Stanford Who’s Who

BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA May 10, 2013 /Stanford Who’s Who/-- Within the engineering community, the qualities of brilliance, attention to detail, and thoroughness are found in each of its most esteemed members.  Among these select few is Russell Eustace who not only exhibits these revered characteristics, but has also leveraged them into a thirty year career- earning him enormous acclaim from throughout the engineering and business fields.  In honor of his accomplishments, Stanford Who’s Who is proud to welcome Russell Eustace to its network of prominent professionals and provide him a place among the world’s greatest engineers.

Russell Eustace is a Cryogenic Insulation and Coatings Engineer with Santos Gladstone Liquid Natural Gas Operations Pty Ltd.  Santos GLNG is a $18.5 billion project designed to convert coal steam natural gas into liquefied natural gas. The project is located in the gas fields of the Surat and Bowen Basins and involves collaboration from some of the world’s largest energy corporations: Petronas, Total and Kogas. Upon completion, the enterprise should include a 420 kilometer gas transmission pipeline as well as a 2 train liquid natural gas processing facility.

Russell is responsible for oversight of main contractors and subcontractors who are installing cryogenic insulation, preservation and coatings.  He is also tasked with quality control, specifications, designs, procedures and ongoing field surveillance.  His incomparable management skills have greatly accelerated the pace of project completion while maintaining the utmost standards of quality and safety.  His highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills have allowed interactions with contractors to proceed smoothly.

Russell graduated from the New Zealand Technical Correspondence Institute with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He is an associate member of the New Zealand Institute of Safety Management.
