Ruthanne Lyons Is Published In The Stanford Who’s Who Network

MARGATE, FL,   December 19, 2012 /Stanford Who’s Who/ -- An accomplished author in the history genre with a diverse range of professional experience, Ruthanne Lyons has routinely demonstrated the passion, vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be mentioned among the elite. As a result of her phenomenal body of work, Ruthanne has earned recognition in the prestigious network of prominent professionals with Stanford Who’s Who.

After working diligently for several years, Ruthanne decided to retire and enter the writing arena, following her lifelong dream of writing novels and short stories. She spent the majority of her life living in the Danvers, Massachusetts area and has always had an affinity for writing. Following graduation from high school, Ruthanne wrote and published numerous poems and short stories before entering the career world. Now that she has put in her time, she has settled down and started writing novels as well.

In August of 2011, Ruthanne finally got the chance to publish her first novel with AuthorHouse Publishing. Entitled The Greenfield Boys, Ruthanne brings readers into the world of two fighter pilots as they form an incredible bond while fighting over the skies of Germany during World War II. These two young men from Iowa fight valiantly as they grow together as men in the backdrop of the second world war. The book is inspired by true events of the war, although the characters are straight from the creative mind of Ruthanne Lyons.

Still towards the beginning of her writing career, Ruthanne is currently in the process of finishing her second book and is seeking a publisher for the collection of short stories she has put together. She has also started to work on a new novel which is a continuation on the theme of The Greenfield Boys, which is sure to be an exciting sequel to the saga.
