As a result of his phenomenal body of work as well as the enormous amount of success he has experienced throughout his entire occupational history, Solomon Belay has earned acceptance in the exclusive network of prominent professionals with Stanford Who’s Who.

Drawing upon his extensive experience and expertise in the field as well as his magnificent management skills, Mr. Belay currently serves as a Quality Assurance Manager with Wal-Mart. In this role he is responsible for reducing the rate of defective items introduced in production. Among his highlights in the position, Solomon played an instrumental role in the development of an offshore quality control team and the setup of the testing environment. He has also been responsible for implementing continuous improvement of measurement methodologies and reducing the cost of manual testing.

Prior to joining the Wal-Mart quality control team in March of 2010, Mr. Belay spent over six years with Allstate Insurance, where he served as a Quality Control Manager. He also worked as a Business Analyst Consultant and Quality Control Lead at the Siebel Call Center with Accenture for five years. Throughout his entire career, he has established a remarkable reputation for helping others and being an exceptional team leader.

Although he has gathered a considerable amount of his expertise through his vast professional experience, Solomon is also an extensively educated individual who earned an Engineering degree from the University of Illinois. In addition, he attended Lincoln College. Evidencing his magnificent reputation in his field, Mr. Belay is a member of numerous industry networking organizations.
