Prior to joining the team with Laufen Bathroom, he accumulated an abundance of experience and knowledge while working for various prominent companies, such as Toto Sanitary, Kaldewiel, and the Hunter Douglas Group.

Despite obtaining a substantial amount of his expertise through his professional experience, Steve is also a highly educated individual who earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Management from the University of South Africa.
