Write accurate and informative paragraphs to give background information on the product, service or event. It should explain the purpose and benefits of your product or service. It is important to intrigue the readers to find out more information about your company, visit your website, and contact you for more information. Keep in mind that whom you are addressing your press release to in order to seize your target audiences’ attention.
Boilerplate
The last paragraph of a press release should briefly explain about the company's history, industry, practices, and value propositions. This paragraph is often presented with "About ABC Company" to separate boilerplate from the body copy.
