Susan D. Alexander, BSN, RN, Represents Washington with Entry into Renowned Publication Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare

The International Nurses Association, INA, has carefully selected Susan D. Alexander, BSN, RN, to represent nursing in their publication, Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare.  Susan Alexander’s selection is a significant representation of her passion and dedication for the field of nursing.  She is considered to be among the best with over 15 years in practice.

Susan is a registered nurse at Providence Mount Carmel Hospital located in Colville, Washington. Mount Carmel received the VHA Leadership Award for Clinical Excellence in 2010. Within Mount Carmel, Susan works in the labor and delivery unit, helping new mothers bring their newborns into the world, and provides education and orientation for new nurses. For 11 years, Susan also volunteered with the Boy Scouts in her spare time.

In 1997, Susan graduated from the University of Portland. To continue her training in the field, she also obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. Susan remains knowledgeable in the ever-changing world of medicine by being a member of the Nurses Service Organization; an association that provides professional liability, life, and disability insurance and risk management information to nurses.
