Susan D. Watson, RN, PhD, FNP-BC, Represents Nevada with Entry into Renowned Publication Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare

Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare and the International Nurses Association are proud to announce that Susan D. Watson, RN, PhD, FNP-BC, is being honored for her exceptional successes in the nursing community.  Over 30 years practicing, Susan Watson has already demonstrated the passion and enthusiasm for patient care necessary to be considered a Top Nurse in her field.

Susan received her registered nursing degree in 1977 from San Joaquin Delta College. Remaining in California, Susan attended California State University for her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. She then relocated to Florida, to the University of Miami, where she obtained her Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification, Masters Degree, and PhD.

In Henderson, Nevada, Susan is currently an Assistant Professor at the Roseman University College of Nursing and a Faculty Advisor for Students. With all of her experience in the field, she offers a quality education to her students. As well as an educator, Susan is a certified family nurse practitioner; for her medical work she has received acknowledgement from the San Fransisco Area Health Care Administration in 1997. She was honored with the Improving the Care of Seniors Award; as well as the Innovators Award in 1991. Susan stays up-to-date by being an active member of many nurses associations including the American College of Nurse Practitioners.
